MC7818BTGThe MC7818BTG is a 1A positive voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-263 package. This voltage regulator is monolithic integrated circuit designed as fixed voltage regulator for a wide variety of applications including local, on-card regulation. It employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe-area compensation. With adequate heatsinking it can deliver output current in excess of 1A.

• Internally limited power dissipation
• Nominal output voltage of 18V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• No external components required
• Internal thermal overload protection
• Internal short circuit current limiting
• Output voltage offered in 1.5%, 2% and 4% tolerance
